What is Quantis' hours of operation?

What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?

Orders must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. (6:00 p.m. for online orders) EST for next business day delivery.

Is there a minimum order for next-day free delivery to my commercial address?

Yes. - Quantis offers free delivery on any order over $50.00. Orders less than $50.00 will be charged a minimum delivery charge of $7.10.

Are there limits to what products that can be ordered electronically?

Customers can not order the following via Quantis Online: Custom imprinted items (rubber stamps, engraved signs, etc) and special order furniture (furniture not listed in wholesalers' catalogs).

How can I track the status of my order?

All orders are assigned a unique order or tracking number (also your invoice number) by our computer system. Customers can call Customer Service and inquire about the status of the order by this number. Or, if you have Internet access and a standard Web-browser, you can use Quantis Online to check on your order.

What do I do if I can't find what I am looking for?

One of my biggest frustrations is receiving a short shipment. How does Quantis handle back orders?

Our current fill rate is 99.7% on our Office Products Catalog and 99% overall. All orders are double-checked to insure accuracy. When the occasional backorder does occur, they are usually shipped within 48 hours. In the event of a backorder, our courteous staff will notify you of its status. We inform customers of backorders on the same day the order is placed. Orders must be received by 2:00 to allow us enough time to respond.

What is the standard turnaround time after an order is placed?

Our policy is to ship for next day delivery with the exception of furniture and prescheduled deliveries of paper.

How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an order that is not what you wanted, what you thought it would be, or not up to your expectations, return it! We'll be happy to issue you a credit or send you a replacement. Our goal is to see that every customer is completely satisfied with the service and products they receive from Quantis. All products returned require a return authorization, so contact Customer Service at 800-348-5284. You may also fill out our return form. If you find you are dissatisfied with the service, we ask that you speak to a Customer Service manager so we can make things right.

How do you handle the return of damaged or defected items, and wrong items ordered or shipped?

Our return policy was designed to insure that you receive proper credit in a timely manner. To insure accurate credit for our customers, all products returned require a return authorization by calling Customer Service at 800-348-5284. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of delivery, and items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Customers have 7 days to report discrepancies in quantity or in the condition of their order. Special orders such as stamps, sign engraving, furniture or items not available through standard distribution channels are subject to the return policies of the vendor from whom Quantis has purchased the product. Some items, therefore, may not be returnable or might be subject to a restocking charge. Defective items past the 30-day term may be subject to the MFS warranty.

The three most common reports our customers ask for are:

  1. Usage by item total
  2. Volume usage, cost, frequency of order by location, cost center code and by item
  3. Number of returns by location, cost, cost center code and item. Reports can be generated with any frequency required by the customer and can be delivered in the form of hard copy, facsimile, or via electronic mail. Quantis values the importance of timeliness and flexibility in the context of reporting and communication. Our I.T. department continues to look for ways to provide pertinent information to our customers. All reasonable efforts will be made to meet the customer's needs and expectations in this critical area.
